Agreement to Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>By scheduling or using services provided by Chester County Clean Cans (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d), you (\u201cCustomer,\u201d \u201cyou,\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Services Provided<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Chester County Clean Cans provides residential and commercial garbage can cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services. Services may be provided on a one-time or recurring basis.<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Service Access Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>To perform services, you agree to:<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide safe and unobstructed access to trash bins<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ensure bins are empty prior to scheduled service unless otherwise agreed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Secure pets and remove hazards from the service area<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Failure to meet these requirements may result in skipped service without refund or a minimum travel fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Scheduling and Service Frequency<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Services may be scheduled as one-time, monthly, or other recurring intervals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>We reserve the right to adjust service dates due to weather, holidays, or operational needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Customers will be notified of any significant scheduling changes when possible<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Pricing and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Pricing is agreed upon at the time of booking<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise specified<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Recurring services may be billed automatically using the payment method on file<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prepaid Plans and Discounts:<\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Discounts offered for prepaid service plans are non-refundable once service has commenced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Prepaid plans require a minimum number of service visits as specified at the time of purchase<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>If a customer cancels service before completing the minimum required visits, any refund will be recalculated based on the full standard (non-discounted) price of services already performed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Example:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If a customer prepays for a discounted plan (e.g., \u201c3 months with 1 free cleaning\u201d) and cancels after the first service, the refund will be:<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Total amount paid minus the full standard price of the # of completed service(s). \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>6. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>Cancellations made with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice may be subject to a fee<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>Missed services due to inaccessible bins are not eligible for refunds<\/span>\u00a0<span><\/span>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>7. Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span>We strive for high-quality service. If you are not satisfied:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>You must notify us within 24 hours of service<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>8. Property and Damage Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>We take care during service but are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>We are not liable for damage caused by brittle, cracked, or improperly maintained bins<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>9. Health and Safety<\/strong><span><\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a safety or health risk<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>This includes hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazard materials in bins<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>10. Weather Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span>Services may be delayed due to severe weather conditions including heavy rain, snow, or freezing temperatures. Services will be rescheduled accordingly.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chester County Clean Cans shall not be liable for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Losses resulting from service delays beyond our control<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s2\"><strong>12. Termination of Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span>We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>&#8211; Non-payment<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>&#8211; Unsafe service conditions<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span>&#8211; Abuse or inappropriate behavior toward staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">13.
