TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Chester County Clean Cans

1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or using services provided by Chester County Clean Cans (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Chester County Clean Cans provides residential and commercial garbage can cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services. Services may be provided on a one-time or recurring basis.
3. Service Access Requirements
To perform services, you agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to trash bins
- Ensure bins are empty prior to scheduled service unless otherwise agreed
- Secure pets and remove hazards from the service area
Failure to meet these requirements may result in skipped service without refund or a minimum travel fee.
4. Scheduling and Service Frequency
- Services may be scheduled as one-time, monthly, or other recurring intervals
- We reserve the right to adjust service dates due to weather, holidays, or operational needs
- Customers will be notified of any significant scheduling changes when possible
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Pricing is agreed upon at the time of booking
- Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise specified
- Recurring services may be billed automatically using the payment method on file
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service
Prepaid Plans and Discounts:
- Discounts offered for prepaid service plans are non-refundable once service has commenced
- Prepaid plans require a minimum number of service visits as specified at the time of purchase
- If a customer cancels service before completing the minimum required visits, any refund will be recalculated based on the full standard (non-discounted) price of services already performed
Example:
If a customer prepays for a discounted plan (e.g., “3 months with 1 free cleaning”) and cancels after the first service, the refund will be:
- Total amount paid minus the full standard price of the # of completed service(s).
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee
- Missed services due to inaccessible bins are not eligible for refunds
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for high-quality service. If you are not satisfied:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service
- We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue
8. Property and Damage Disclaimer
- We take care during service but are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins
- We are not liable for damage caused by brittle, cracked, or improperly maintained bins
- Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
9. Health and Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a safety or health risk
- This includes hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazard materials in bins
10. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed due to severe weather conditions including heavy rain, snow, or freezing temperatures. Services will be rescheduled accordingly.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chester County Clean Cans shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses resulting from service delays beyond our control
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:
- – Non-payment
- – Unsafe service conditions
- – Abuse or inappropriate behavior toward staff
13. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
